Where VIPs actually go

VIP Heat Map plots 22,888 documented celebrity sightings across 7,125 restaurants, hotels, bars, beach clubs and other public hot spots around the world. Filter the map to spotlight trends across people, places, and time.

How sightings get on the map

• Each one traces to a published source: a news article, a press-agency photo caption, or a direct quote naming a go-to spot.
• It needs a specific date, or a source describing a standing habit — marked as a Known Favorite.
• The venue has to be a real, named, public place an ordinary visitor could walk into — no private homes, and no venues the person owns or performs at.
• Industry-only events like premieres and brand launches are left out.
